Cette Super Graphic au format 4 x 5 est la dernière Graflex de ce format à avoir été produite. Construite à partir de 1958, elle disparaîtra en 1973 avec la marque Graflex.
Elle sera reprise par Sakai Tokushu Camera Co. Ltd sous le nom de Toyo Super Graphic à partir de 1979 et ce jusqu'en 1985.
